10 General Information The list of products detailed in the following pages is limited to standard KAUP attachments. Countless modifications are feasible and a large backup programme of less common attachments is available by contacting our specialists or your local distributor. The data listed in the most recent issue apply and any preceding publications should be discarded. Contact your local distributor if you have a special requirement Quality, environmental and energy management KAUP introduced a quality management system in 1997 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and is regularly audited and certified by independent examiners. In addition KAUP has voluntarily established environmental and energy management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Welding certificate Attachments manufactured by KAUP are quality products which require a high degree of welding work. Therefore KAUP processes the highest welding certificate according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2: 2006-03 and the authorisation for welding from Germanischer Lloyd. Preferential range In the table some specific attachments are highlighted in light grey. These versions are the most common sizes, widths and opening ranges. The choice of such a version ensures favourable / short delivery times. Terms of delivery All KAUP attachments up to ISO class 4 mounting with the exception of integrated attachments and sideshifter models 2T151P4N and T151P2 (see page 19 - 21) are supplied including hoses and couplings if specified. Capacity The T-classes 1T - 40T are based on the capacity of the forklift truck. Attachment capacity is the max. weight at a given load centre that the attachment can safely support. Please note: the capacity listed for clamps is an indication of the max. weight that the clamp structure can safely support. It is not necessarily the max. weight that can be picked up and held between the arms, as different loads vary in shape and friction. The actual clamping force is often considerable higher than the given values. In case of doubt our project team can provide information on the respective clamping force. Dimensions, weight and technical data are non-binding, all are subject to change due to technical progress in design. Errors and printing errors are excepted, too.
